Terms and Conditions
- Introduction:
- These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to your use of our website and booking of vacation rental properties (the “Properties”). By using our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
- Reservation & Cancellation:
- Bookings are not transferable to another party. When making a booking you agree that you or at least one member of your party is twenty-one years or over, you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, you accept these Terms, and you agree to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any member of your party or animal accompanying you. All reservations must be made through our website or by phone. Payment is required at the time of booking, and cancellation policies may vary depending on the property and time of year. Camp reserves the right to refund reservations that were canceled due to extraneous circumstances, such as public health orders or government mandates. Reservations cancelled before 2 weeks of the originally scheduled arrival date will not be refunded.
- Payment:
- We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards and require a security deposit 50% for all bookings. The full balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which payment has not been received by the due date and deposit will be forfeited.
- Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.
- Occupancy:
- The maximum occupancy for each property is listed on our website and must not be exceeded. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for any extra guests.
- Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages. if smoking occurs and it causes any damage, rebuilding and additional fine will be charged.
- Pets:
- Yes, only domestic pets are allowed.
- Damage and Liability:
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any damages or excessive cleaning required. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Noise:
- Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in eviction without refund.
- Termination:
- We reserve the right to terminate any reservation at any time for any reason, including without limitation, violation of this Agreement.
- Indemnification:
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Properties.
- Governing:
- Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Property is located.
- Modification:
- We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Campfires can never be left unattended:
- Please leave what you find, respect the wildlife and property, and be respectful of other visitors. Ensure you remove all belongings when leaving the campground and dispose of waste appropriately. A dumpster is available near the entrance of the property. Before starting a campfire, please ensure there is no Fire ban imposed by the city in our Camp area.
- Safety:
- All children must be closely supervised by an adult. The safety of all families and especially children here at Camp Capital is the highest priority Anyone choosing not to abide by the firm policy will be forced to vacate the park immediately with no refund. No fireworks, drones, Chinese lanterns, guns or weapons allowed in Camp Facility. You must keep to the 10KM/Hour speed limit on our Campground for your own and others safety.
- Beach Excess:
- All guest acknowledges that there is beach in Camp Capital and don’t have any Guard on duty at any time. This will be the responsibility of all Guests to take care of there group safety. Camp Capital Management and employers don’t assume any responsibility if any mishap occurs on the beach or in water.
- Lability Disclaimer:
- Camp Capital assumes no responsibility through loss of fire, theft, collision or otherwise to the trailer or vehicles or their contents, whether due to failure to take proper care or otherwise. Use of Camp Capital and equipment yourself, your family, and your guests is solely at your own risk and are subject to Camp Capital Rules
- In the event that your personal information is acquired, or is reasonably believed to have been acquired, by an unauthorised person and applicable law requires notification, we will notify you of the breach by email, fax or mail.
- Leave your accommodation as you found it, ie: no litter or damage. You will be liable for any damages or excess cleaning caused to any of our property and will be charged. You will be notified via email of the charges and a breakdown, and your payment card will be back charged to this amount.
- Any extra day or sleepover guest/s will be charged extra. Please talk to Camp Reservation team for more information. Please don’t park on Grass.
- If you have a problem onsite, you must speak to us, face to face or call us, allow us to rectify the problem – we will not accept an email complaint or threat of poor review without first telling us onsite. All complaints must in the first instance be done face to face or by phone, to give us a reasonable time frame to rectify the problem and then put in writing should you wish to. If the problem you have had cannot be rectified at your time of stay, within a reasonable timeframe, you will be compensated a partial amount dependant on the issue. If a bad review is threatened just to gain compensation and followed through with, legal action will be taken.
- The information, software, products and services included in or available through Camp Capital and Campcapital.ca website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. The Camp Capital and Campcapital.ca and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in Camp Capital and Campcapital.ca web site at any time. While Camp Capital and Campcapital.ca uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Campcapital.ca website is accurate and current, such accuracy and currency cannot be guaranteed and therefore, Camp Capital and Campcapital.ca accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or inconvenience sustained by any person resulting from information published on these networks and your reliance thereon is at your own risk. All content, including these terms and conditions, is subject to change without notice. The Camp Capital and Campcapital.ca encourages you to verify any critical information directly with the business and/or relevant authorities before you book, travel or arrive at your destination.
